OPERATING HOURS:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM until 9:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM

Our operating house are based on our group fitness class schedule on weekdays and weekends. You can view the full schedule by visiting the Class Schedule page.

FRONT DESK HOURS:

• In Person Visits: Please email or call to schedule facility tours.
